How long does shipping take?
Our orders are usually packed and shipped twice a week . Please note that this may result in short delays between placing your order and actual shipment.
Shipping confirmation received, what now?
You may receive the shipping confirmation with tracking number a few days before the actual shipping date. This is because we print the shipping labels in advance and then pack the parcels in batches before handing them over to the shipping provider.
If you are unsure whether your package is already on its way, please wait a few days after receiving the shipping confirmation. In most cases, the tracking status updates automatically as soon as the package is scanned at the parcel center.
Important information about shipping & liability
Once your package has left our premises and been handed over to the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for transport, delivery and any delays.
Should your order be unexpectedly delayed or not arrive , please contact the respective shipping provider directly. They can check the status using the tracking number and take further action.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the amount via the originally used payment method.

Summarize your story in up to 500 words. Focus on the main characters, core conflict, stakes, and what makes the book unholy.
Your documents
We need a synopsis with a plot outline, a sample chapter (approx. 20 pages), a short bio, and your social media handles. Name the files clearly: Lastname_Title.pdf .
Response time and transparency
Once we receive your work, we will read it with the necessary dedication. Within eight weeks you will receive a response – a yes, an invitation to a discussion, or an honest no.
